  • soak the sponge in water till it gets soft then squeeze the water out & massage your face & neck with small circular movements
  • rinse the sponge after use and hang to dry.
  • can be used combination with or without a cleanser when cleaning our face in morning or after wearing make-up

  • disinfect the sponge once a week by dipping it in boiling water for a few seconds.
  • replace the sponge every 3 months
